CloudTag, the company that brings personal monitoring to the wellbeing, fitness and digital health markets, is focussed on positioning itself as a digital health platform for long-term growth. As the trials of the Company’s hardware development are coming to completion, the management is reviewing the operational team required to deliver its strategy. In light of this, the Company has made a number of personnel changes and is reviewing its organizational structure, which will include some new appointments including additional non-executive directors to CloudTag Inc. that will be communicated to shareholders via the website as appropriate.
