Further to the update of 1st August 2025, the Company confirms that the commercial transaction continues to progress towards a positive conclusion. All parties remain actively engaged, with continued input from our Transaction Agent (NED).
Further to the update of 28th July 2025, the Company is awaiting detailed information from the buyer. The Company will update accordingly on Monday 4th August.
The Company wishes to reiterate that the commercial transaction, along with all relevant details regarding the parties involved, will be announced on Friday, 1st August 2025.
