Whilst the Company had anticipated that the formal DaaP buyer announcement would be made imminently, we reiterate that this remains subject to the buyer’s internal processes and the broader scheduling considerations related to other listed securities within their ecosystem.
As previously communicated, the Company has fulfilled all of its obligations. While the timing of the formal announcement rests solely with the DaaP buyer, we understand shareholders’ frustrations and wish to reassure them that a definitive, positive conclusion will now follow.
The DaaP buyer has advised that a revised announcement date, scheduled for next week, will be confirmed later this week.
All other information contained in the 2nd May 2025 update remains accurate and unchanged.
