Cloudtag is pleased to confirm a significant and positive step forward in the completion of the transaction process, as first outlined in our 24th June 2025 update.
We are delighted to announce the formal appointment of a highly experienced, independent US-based lawyer as Transaction Agent, who has also joined the Cloudtag Board as a non-executive director. His addition brings substantial legal and transactional expertise to the Company at a pivotal moment. The Transaction Agent will take full operational leadership of the handover process — managing all legal, financial, and technical aspects — while engaging directly with key parties, including the paying agents responsible for distributing DaaP and licence funds to shareholders.
As part of this transition, Amit Ben-Haim will step down as Chief Executive Officer and remain on the Board in a non-executive capacity for a short transitional period, providing direct support to the Transaction Agent before stepping away from the Board.
The next update will be delivered by the DaaP buyer, who will issue a public announcement via the medtech section of their website. A direct link will be published simultaneously on the Company website for immediate access.
The Company remains bound by strict non-disclosure agreements relating to these arrangements.
