The Company still anticipates that the formal DaaP announcement will be published today (New York time) by the buyer as already confirmed by them to the Company. The Company can only take the buyer’s confirmation in good faith but should that not happen, the Company will provide a further update tomorrow.
We are aware of the internal urgency within the medtech division, as their marketing team is ready to initiate the product rollout upon release of the announcement.
We reiterate that all our obligations are fulfilled, and that the timing of the formal announcement remains solely at the discretion of the DaaP buyer.
