Having taken further legal advice about potential ramifications, the Company will not be publishing information about the Paying Agent or bank details. We recognise this may cause concern for shareholders. However, while the Company is deeply disappointed that notifications have not already begun, it wishes to continue to see the payment process through to a successful conclusion with its Paying Agent. The Agent has, as already stated, confirmed it is ready to commence notifications. The Company is proactively working with it to expedite notifications with the minimum of further delay and the next update will outline additional details.
The Company wishes to also quell speculation and rumours as to the $50m licence payment and the Paying Agent. We reassure all parties that this process is entirely genuine and, due to its complex nature, is simply taking far longer than originally envisaged to conclude.
